  • Yes, you can simply visit www.vshop.vindamall.com on your phone's browser. For a better visual, using a laptop/PC browser for placing orders.

  • Yes, the campaign site will be set up and enabled when cash sales are open. Purchases limited to MEGA associates ONLY.

  • Edit your mobile number in your "User Profile" after logging into Vindamall.

Account Access

  • For office associates, use the same login access as your laptop.
    For production associates, you'll receive this information via Plant HR notice. If not received, contact us through "Contact Us" to reach Plant HR or PIC for outstation associates.

Payments

  • We accept online banking via a payment gateway. Payment will no longer be deducted from your salary.

Order & Collection

  • Order Status Definition
    Pending / Pending Payment Upon clicking Checkout from V-Shop, order will be created and status will be "Pending/Pending Payment".
    *NOTE: If browser is closed without complete or cancel the payment, order status will remain Pending. The ordered will be reserved until system releases the stock back to public, and order status will be "Canceled".
    Processing Upon payment made successfully, the order had been received and confirmed on V-Shop.
    Ready to Collect During the first day of collection day, the order status will be updated to "Ready to Collect" with QR for collection purpose.
    Completed Upon collection, Logistic associate confirms your order had been collected on Fulfillment Microsite, your order status will be updated to "Completed'.
    Verified Upon security verification, Security Guard will verify your order on Fulfillment Microsite, your order will be updated to "Verified".
    Canceled Upon clicking "Cancel" payment on the payment gateway, your order will be updated to cancel. Alternatively, when your order status is "Pending / Pending Payment" for more than X minutes, status will be updated to "Canceled".

    **UPDATE: Effective 28th May 2024, due to the order volume, the monthly order cycles from V-Shop will be open for collection for 5 workdays ONLY until further notice.

  • On the first collection date for the order cycle, you'll receive a QR code via email or check your "Order History" for your V-Shop Collection QR and invoice. These serve as proof of purchase.

  • Cancellation is not allowed. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout and making payment.

  • Changes aren't allowed once an order is placed. Ensure you review your order before making payment.

  • No, show the Collection QR using your mobile phone.

  • Yes, share the Collection QR code with a colleague who can present it for collection on your behalf.

  • Partial collection is not allowed, only full collection per your order items under your name & staff ID.

  • No, Queue System only implemented to control traffic flow, safety and crowd at the moment. Please stay tune for future announcement and updates on V-Shop Homepage.

Returns & Refunds

  • Verify during collection to ensure damaged products are reported to Warehouse directly.

  • You'll be refunded via store credit equivalent to the item's price, usable for your next purchase.

  • No, you'll get store credit in V-Shop.

  • No, points won't expire.

Warehouse Sales (Cash Sales)

  • Clearance sales (previously known as Cash Sales) involve products from "Old Gen" and damaged carton goods, which are a mix of old and new generation items.

  • No, replacements and returns are not permitted during this Pre-Order Clearance Sales. Claims cannot be made due to the quality issue since these are old stocks/damaged cartons.

  • The expiration date of products is 3 years from the manufacturing date.

  • Please stay tuned for email announcements regarding the opening of cash sales.

  • No. The clearance sales orders are sorted & grouped by employee ID who ordered. If you have placed two orders during the clearance sales on V-Shop, during your collection, warehouse will scan one of your Collection QR to identify your Employee ID and pick your ordered stocks for two orders. Hence, you will need to collect ALL stocks you ordered and present two of your V-Shop Collection QRs.

  • Queue system implemented in Vinda One App to improve the traffic flow, safety in the Vinda premise and crowd control during the clearance sales collection period.

  • Please head to Gate 1 Security Guard House to present your Employee ID QR and take your queue number. Ensure your vehicle(s) is standby for collection in order to be assigned a queue number.

    NOTE: Obtain your queue number between 4.00pm to 6.30pm on the collection day

  • Security Guard will skip your number if you are not present or ready with your vehicle(s) for drive-in. You would required to take a new queue number from the Security Guard at Gate 1 Guardhouse.
